Nat Geo Movies: The First Grader

I recently designed this Flash site with Baker and Hill for the National Geographic movie “the First Grader”. This project was unique because of the beautiful and dramatic photography that was provided. This movie shows the compelling story of Maruge and elderly African man who goes back to school. This design called for an epic look and feel, created by overlaying textures, images, color, and brush work for an illustrative quality. For a closer look visit the site.
